Throughout the eminent domain process, Fixel, Maguire & Willis is committed to keeping its clients informed, in writing, on a regular and complete basis.

Fixel, Maguire & Willis's client-oriented eminent domain case management system requires regularly calendared communication in writing with its clients.  A significant portion of these client communications are in the form of periodic status letters summarizing what has occurred at scheduled conferences which Fixel, Maguire & Willis uses to process each of its eminent domain parcels.

In addition, each of Fixel, Maguire & Willis's clients is kept advised of when these regularly scheduled  conferences are to occur.  Client participation is made easy if the client desires to do so.

Through this established client friendly system, each and every Fixel, Maguire & Willis client is provided multiple opportunities to convey client feedback and information in a timely fashion to the appraiser, engineer and other eminent domain professionals retained to assist in preparing the client's claim before they finalize their opinions and reports.
